When should I send them?
Once you have finalised your list of guests and booked your venues, it is a good idea to get busy designing your invitations so that you can give your guests plenty of notice of the date of your big day.

Wedding Invitation Telegrams: 8 weeks before your wedding
Party & Other Special Occasion Telegrams: 2-4 weeks before the event
I would like to send Save the Date Telegrams, what happens next?
1. Complete and send the form below giving us details of your special occasion
2. We send you an email and ask for the name and address of your guests together with your telegram heading & message
3. We send you a PayPal invoice based on the number of telegrams, addresses and delivery method required
4. When payment has been received, we send you a draft telegram for approval and agree a send date
5. When you approve the draft telegram, we send your telegrams on the date requested
